These terms describe your use of MePlayable, an independent directory and community for browser-playable game projects. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, do not use its optional account or community features.
What MePlayable provides
MePlayable publishes game listings, descriptions, editorial information, and links to projects operated by other people. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, MePlayable does not host, operate, or own the linked games. A listing is informational and is not a promise that a project will remain available or work on every device.
Third-party projects and intellectual property
When you follow an external game link, you leave MePlayable. The external operator’s terms, privacy policy, software, and availability apply. Game titles, characters, logos, and other marks belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.
Accounts and community contributions
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, privacy-invasive, or infringing material, or attempt to disrupt the site or its community services. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information in public comments.
Suggestions and comments may be reviewed, rejected, hidden, or removed to protect the community and maintain the directory. Submitting content does not guarantee publication or inclusion in the catalog.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the directory or its community features. External projects can change without notice. We may update these terms when the site or its services change; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer
The directory is provided for general information and entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees that listings are complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
