Skate 3 is a physics sandbox pretending to be a sports game, and that is the fun of it. Start every session with five minutes of flat-ground practice: flick the stick slowly, watch how the board rotates, and land with the shoulders level. Clean basics make every later line possible.
For lines, think in segments: push, trick, land, reset stance. A three-trick line with clean landings scores and feels better than a six-trick attempt that ends in a bail. Use the campus ledges and plazas to practice manual exits, because manuals link otherwise separate spots.
When you find a spot you like, repeat it with variation: different entrance speed, different exit trick. Mastery in Skate 3 is spotting how terrain connects, and the browser build keeps enough of that geometry to reward the habit.
