This survivors-style project borrows Diablo 2's aesthetic for a bullet-heaven loop: waves intensify, XP orbs level you mid-run, and build synergy comes from picking upgrades that multiply each other. Choose a damage archetype by minute three and reject off-theme pickups after that.
Positioning beats DPS in the late waves: keep moving in wide circles, leave gaps to escape elites, and never let.spawn rings close behind you. The gap between surviving minute ten and dying there is usually route choice, not stats.
Meta-progression rewards multiple runs; treat each attempt as scouting which synergies the current patch rewards. Survival games live and die on run variety — lean into whatever the current version makes fun rather than only chasing the optimal build.
