Speeltips

Lobotomy Corporation fuses monster management with rogue-lite escalation. Day structure: assign employees to contain abnormalities, fulfill energy quotas, and expand only as fast as your staff's training allows. Read every abnormality's documentation before first contact; most deaths in early days come from skipped manuals.

Employee management is the meta-game: train specialists (one fortitude tank, one justice worker, one prudence manager) rather than generalists, and replace losses strategically rather than panic-hiring.

When abnormalities breach — and they will — the response is containment protocols: know which departments can isolate, which employees can suppress, and when the answer is sealing a wing and absorbing the loss. The game respects players who read; it punishes those who wing it. The lore rewards the patient spectacularly.
