About Combat Skirmish (CS 1.6)
A browser multiplayer shooter in the spirit of Counter-Strike 1.6: classic maps, round-based matches and quick server join.
Combat Skirmish is an independent browser shooter built around the feel of Counter-Strike 1.6. You join a server straight from the page, pick a side and play round-based matches on maps inspired by the classics, with recoil, economy-free quick rounds and the familiar movement of the original.
It is designed for quick sessions with real players rather than bots, so populations vary by time of day. It is a fan project not affiliated with Valve; standard CS controls apply, and a wired connection helps.
